If you own an Early Mini, Austin Morris 1100 (ADO67)  Allegro, Maxi, Princess, 1800 and later, the Metro or MGF it will have some form of the Fluid suspension. Hydrolastic was just fluid and rubber but the Hydragas system fitted to the Austin Allegro, Princess, and later Austin Maxi, and Metro and MG F were Gas over fluid. We can simply pump the suspension up if it has dropped, to correct its ride height , but if the ride has become very hard, it may well have lost its nitrogen gas . If this is the case, we can remove the displacers and send them away to have them added with a valve and inspected and re-gassed with nitrogen.
